The intent of The Porcelain Tribune is to make people aware of probably the most overlooked part of a business. While people worry about prices, quality of service, taste of the food, they forget about the state of the facilities.

We here at the Porcelain never undervalue the effort, or lack thereof, from a company to insure that its customers are fully taken care of, no matter who's business they are handling.
